Bundlify privacy policy
Last updated 9 October 2026
Bundlify (“the App”) helps Shopify merchants sell product bundles. This policy explains what information the App collects when a merchant installs it, how it is used, and how it is deleted.
Information we collect
- Store information from Shopify when you install the App: your shop domain, currency, time zone, plan type and an access token that lets the App act on your behalf.
- Bundle settings you create in the App: bundle names, product and collection IDs, discounts and design options.
- Bundle analytics: anonymous widget views and add-to-cart counts from your storefront, and for each order the order ID, totals, discount amounts and which bundle items it contained.
The App does not collect or store your customers’ names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses or payment details. Storefront analytics contain no personal identifiers and no cookies are set by the App.
How we use it
- To show bundles on your storefront and apply bundle prices at checkout through Shopify Functions.
- To report bundle performance in the App and to measure usage against your plan.
- To provide support when you contact us.
We do not sell or rent any information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
Information is processed by Shopify (as the platform the App runs on) and by our hosting providers, solely to operate the App. We share information with authorities only if required by law.
Retention and deletion
When you uninstall the App, its access is revoked immediately. Shopify then sends a deletion request and we remove all of your store’s data (bundles, analytics and settings) within 48 hours of receiving it. Customer data requests and customer deletion requests from Shopify are honoured as well; because the App holds no customer personal data, there is nothing customer-specific to return or delete.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data the App holds about your store, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by emailing info@socialcroww.com. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Data is stored in a managed database with encryption at rest and is transmitted only over HTTPS. Access tokens are never exposed to the storefront.
